Lake HouseOrchard Lake, MI

The goal for this renovation was to ‘un-do’ the basic plan of this house in order to better respond to its lake setting. The kitchen was moved back and opened up, creating a continuous layout with the living room. An existing, large central fireplace was removed, allowing the living room, dining area, and kitchen to have full, expansive views of the lake. All other areas of the house were renovated, including a complete exterior re-shaping and update to the finishes.
