This historic Detroit mansion was previously converted into condominiums. In our renovation of one of the units, we sought to simultaneously maintain existing vintage architectural elements and highlight them with carefully-inserted, modern touches. Walls were removed so that the entire space is open for living, dining, and entertaining in the city.
