An addition and renovation of this vintage home sought to extend the luxe and glamour of the formal front rooms to the family living spaces and 1920’s kitchen across the back of the house. To do this we made all of the rear living spaces open up to a beautifully re-landscaped pool. The new addition creates a courtyard that frames a space for the modernized pool.
