Townsend Park TownhomesBirmingham, MI

Acting as a bridge to the surrounding single-family residential neighborhood, this infill project creates a gateway to the adjacent downtown. The structure—mirrored on the opposite side of the street—was designed as an urban palazzo building with one hip roof broken down into three bays. The recessed entries and canopies align with the proportions of the neighboring Victorian homes. Custom-designed bricks accentuate the arcading round-top window and pier theme.
